Free choice 8:25-2:30 Clean up 8:30-9:00 Prayer Pledge and Circle Time Calendar: You can go through the worksheet together...have them sing you the songs! (you can watch my video from yesterday for the songs, and just add a day)! Read Aloud: Pete the Cat and the Missing Cupcakes Sticky Note Retelling 9:00-9:15 Explain and show your preschooler the materials for today. (see pictures below) 9:15-10:15 Centers Writing: Memory Book Pages: 23 and 24 for today, (please make sure to hold on to these pages for their portfolios I will be giving to you)! Sensory: Sensory Bin Idea Below Craft: Color or Paint by number Free choice (3-5) fun toys/games to play with. Each center set timer for 15 minutes. Have something for your child to play with if they “finish early”. Retelling activity for Pete the Cat:
Kid's LOVE sticky notes! You can give your child 3 sticky notes and have them draw a picture for the beginning, middle, and end of a story. When they finish the book and it’s time to retell the story, they can take out the sticky notes and use them as the basis for their retelling. Centers:

Sensory Bin:
You can create sensory bins to help provide you child input. You can use things you probably already have at home and either put it in a large bowl or a storage container. You can use rice, dry beans, water with various toys, noodles, coffee beans, shredded paper, cotton balls, coffee grounds, or sand. You can hide puzzle pieces inside and their task will be to complete the puzzle!
